There is an age after which one's efficiency decreases . Should young people in the working fields replace all the old people.
It is certainly true that strength and stamina of body decreases with ageing. Some people might argue that old people should retire and those gaps should be filled by younger ones. I agree it has some advantages but it has more disadvantages.
Economist suggest that time factor is the main contributor for economic stability of every
nation. Lifestyle has totally transformed and pace of life is becoming more faster than ever.
Those countries who don't synchronize their work-time with global pace might suffer economic
crisis. Such problems are only addressed by utilizing young and energetic citizens in every sector.Youngsters are physically and mentally healthy as well as more innovative and quickly adaptive to unfamiliar situation. Additionally , socialist argue that elderly citizens should be given freedom from their responsibilities so that they could feel more relaxation and can enjoy their remaining lifetime with total joy.
In my opinion, firstly elderly people are the most experienced citizens of any country. Most of them
have acquired lot of skills throughout their lifetime with intense workout , dedication and passion to their work. On the contrary , youngsters are novice and tend to do a lot of mistake in
their professional career. Thatswhy every business company needs the proper ratio between senior
and junior age group of people to deliver the reliable service. Secondly , Some of the elderly
employees might still be unwilling to retire from their workplace in which they had devoted their
entire life , so it would be injustice for them forcing to sacrifice their job. Thatswhy every business foundation should have the responsibility to give some role for senior citizens and cultivate win to win situation for both company and their elderly employee.
In conclusion , Replacement of elderly people from their institution has more drawbacks than benefits..
