IELTS Vocabulary: lists of 3

For my first answer in yesterday's lesson I wrote: "I like reading, learning from others, and trying to understand difficult concepts." As you can see, I gave a list of 3 things that I like about studying.

Here are some more "lists of 3" that I could have used in my answers:

• I prefer to study alone so that I can concentrate, think deeply, and stay focused on the task.
• I like studying in the library because of its peaceful, studious and contemplative atmosphere.
• When someone disturbs me I feel frustrated, annoyed and impatient.

Making "lists of 3" is a good way to practise adding variety to the language that you use. Try it yourself!

There is no Task Response in speaking.

It's good for your vocabulary score to show variety - as long as it's natural.

Cambridge IELTS 9 book, Listening Test 4, Ques. No.-26

[Write no more than 3 words and/or a number]
the answer I wrote- 'In small groups'
but in the answer sheet its written-'groups'

Could anyone explain me why it would be just "groups" rather than "small groups/in small groups"

I had exam today, and found Reading Module difficult...Listening ,Writing and Speaking was Good..
Writing Task 1:
About Line Graph, "the oil production and Consumption between 1992 and 2006.
Writing Task 2:
Some student chose work or travelling between school and university,however work experience is more important than travelling.
To what extent do you agree/disagree?

Speaking part 1
Personal Introduction
hows' your home?
Do you like Flat or Apt and why?
How would you like to be your home in future?
Do you like Fruits and vegetables and why??
Did you like Fruits and Veg in your childhood?
Part 2.
Explain about the moment when you laughed with child last time-
who was the child?
What he did and when ?
explain why you think it was funny briefly?
Part 3
About parenthood,ideal Parenthood age
Do you think parents should attend some trainings to get more skills to handle children?
( I tried my best to write the exam topics but I do apologies if any mistakes in advance)
