Hi Simon
I bought your ALL reading lessons video and ALL writing task 2,and I found it is extremely useful.
So I decided to purchase your ALL writing task 1 lessons.
However, after I went through the single payment of 'ALL writing task 1 lessons'. Now I have access to all lessons except wr 1, lesson 2. Does this mean I should pay for that lesson separately?
Thanks
Lin

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter with regard to the interest of renting a house in Toronto in October 2015. My name is James Watson and I come from Malaysia. I am married and have four children, and they will be accompanying me.

As I have a big family, I would like to rent a large house that has five bedrooms and two toilets. And then I prefer the house to have a garage that could fit for two cars, as I plan to purchase them in the future. I also prefer to have a house that has a swimming pool and a small backyard for my children to play.

For the location, I want the property to be near to a school, a train station and shopping malls as well. As I have done research in the internet, I found that the suburb of York or Scarborough will be an ideal location for me.

I would be grateful if you could inform me for some potential houses that I could rent in the next two weeks.

Thank you for your kind attention.

Yours Sincerely
James

Dear Sir or Madam

My name is Paul from China. I am a civil servant. Next week, I will travel to Australia with my parents both aged 65 for couples of weeks

Now we are looking for an accommodation and need your help to find out an appropriate one for us. The requirements for type of accommodation and location are given as below.

We favor living in a hotel with amenities provided like pools, Wifi, and restaurants so that we can take advantage of during our stay. Furthermore, we would like to live in a family room rather than two single room.

When it comes to the location of accommodation, the hotel next to the Chinatown will be preferred. It will be much more convenient for my parents to go shopping there as they can’t speak English. Moreover, we also hope the hotel is close to the subway station so that we are able to access the transportation easily.

Your faithfully

Paul

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with regard to get some assistance from you about house renting. I was a primary school teacher in my home country, but now I am a newcomer to New Zealand without job. There are three persons in my family-my son, my wife and I.
As I will live a long time in the house till I will have bought a new one, I’d like to propose some requirements for the accommodation. Firstly, it should be supported with convenient transport. Because I will take a variety of interview to find a new job, it will make me easier to arrive any place. And then, it should be not far from the kindergarten for my little son. For the reason that my wife will take care of him and do some homework as well, it can save time for her to send my son to school.
Further to the type of the house, I’d like to rent an apartment which is not too much big, but it should be served with at least two bedrooms and one entertainment room for living. Anyway, it is much better to supply with gyms room in the building. My wife and I both want to keep fit as our health plan.
I look forward to receiving your response.

Yours faithfully,
Jack Liu

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Rashid and I am an information security consultant. I have a small family with two children’s,

Furthermore, I am looking for 4 rooms, two bathrooms and central area where we all can sit and enjoy our evening tea. Keeping in mind the weather condition I prefer ground floor.
I am interested to get the rented property in a city centre where I can reach to my office and my children school. I heard that there is a huge traffic jam during office times. It will be great if there is a park as well and a nearby market is plus point.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Your's faithfully,

Rashid

Please advise on that

Dear Madam or Sir,

I am writing to ask your help for providing us with a well enough rented residence. My name is Azita Ahmadi. I, my twelve-year-old sister and our parents are moving to your city in October. My father's job as a trader made us to make this decision a couple of months ago. So, I applied for 'Brinston University' and I am awaiting their response.
Since we have never been there before we are somehow concerned about our living place.
We would like it to be a single-detached dwelling with a garage and a balcony with city view. It would be great to be an at least two-bedroom house to fit us efficiently.

We mainly insist on the location to be close enough to the city centre so I can commute to my university easily.

Please give us any clue about available options as long as they fully meet our conditions. My postal address and other essential information are attached below.

Please feel free to ask any other detailed question if needed.

Yours Faithfully,
Azita

My family consists of four people, my parents, my older sister and me.

Is it right,if I write that my family and I would take our trip to Australia ? (The whole family is my husband and me.)
I mean , what's the exact meaning of the words "move to" here ? whether including a trip or a vacation ? or only means you would spent a long time in a new place, such as immigration or move from one country to another country for a new job ?

Grace,

"move to" means that you are going to live in that country, not just for a holiday or trip.

Thanks,Simon.^_^
