In the speaking test,if i don't know the specific name of the tree, can I say "I don't know the English name of the tree but i know that it is called ______ in Chinese?

I have been confusing with the correct use of following structure.I will be so pleased if you put me in the right track!

-will+have done
By next couple of years,I will have taken my degree.
-will+have been done
By tomorrow, it will have been finished OR
By tomorrow, it will have finished.

One is in active form and another is in passive form.
By tomorrow I will have finished my work.
By tomorrow, the work will have been finished by me.
It has same meaning but different forms is used.
P.S. I am not an expert, so correct me if I am wrong

I have one question ..... Can we use word ''JUBILANT'' instead of happy in speaking ??? for instance , I was in jubilant mood after victory ....
