First here are the problems:

1) Write "the development". We don't say "tackle with" in English, just "tackle". It should be "natural disasters" not "damage". Also, I wouldn't write "and the like" in an IELTS essay. "such problems as" is fine, but most people are more familiar with the phrase "problems such as".

2) We need to write "helps" and "to be well-prepared" or "to prepare". I would prefer "reduce inflation" instead of "the battle against inflation".

3) Don't forget the article in "a strong economy". Also, we say "leads to" instead of "leads towards".

4) The phrase "from broader aspect" doesn't exist in English. Remember articles: "the / an economy", "the political arena", "the future progression". Use the "ing" form after "thereby": "thereby helping..."
