CORRECT ANSWERS FROM SIMON:
First I'll explain the problems.
1. We need to use the plural 'mobile phones', and it would be best to use the present simple.
2. Use the plural 'mobile phones'. Also, we need to change the word 'unequal' - this isn't the right word here.
3. This is not a correct sentence: Because of the word 'when', there needs to be some kind of result at the end of the sentence (when people..... what happens?).
4. Change 'for having' and 'by smartphone'.
5. Add the word 'that' after 'the main reason...is'. Also, delete 'have' from the end of the sentence.

1. Mobile phones have been widely used by the people all over the world.
2. Prohibiting smart phones in public places should not be as the same level as with smoking.
3. In some instances, some individuals, who ride in a public utility vehicle, usually talked very loud over the phone or play some games with its volume set up at the highest level without knowing that he or she is already a nuisance to other commuters. In order to prevent these from happening, these people should tone down the level of their voice when talking to someone over their phone and perhaps put off the volume or rather use a head set when playing some game applications.
4. Nowadays, some game applications in android phones require you to go out in an open field or public area for you to be able to play the game. For instance, "Pokemon Go" - a game application that demands you to catch a "Pokemon" - an animal-like character, in the streets. At the same time, with the use of Wi-Fi connection, you have to compete in a tournament with other individuals battling with them using these Pokemons.
5. Personally, I think that the main reason why smoking is banned in some public places is because it has this bad mixtures of chemicals that are emitted in the air and which can be inhaled by passive smokers. However, unlike smart phones, it does not have the capacity to eject smoke, which is not good for an individual's health.
