Essay: A high percentage advertisements are aimed at children. what are effect of television advertisement on children? How we control this problem?

Nowadays, there is bombard of advertisements on satelite channels, which sucessfully manipulate their target audience views and opinions. In this regards, some people believe that Television advertisements are influence to children for unhealthy diet and societal values in wrong way. I am agree with this notion, this essay will be analysed this items by give examples and give the methods to tackle this problem.

Firstly, it is axiomatic that advertisements encourage the kids for wrong dietary choices. For instance, big brands such as KFC, Mcdonald's often represent their food product as athletic diet. However, there are abundance of evidence proved that young food are recipes of obesity, diabetes and eventually cancer. In addition to it, in one advertisement protester are marching against the police and they stopped their protest when police give them Coca Cola. Some people pointed that these kind of television commercials effect on children societal value and also spoiled the image of police officers. For these reasons, advertisements encourage unbalance diet and wrong moral value among the kids.

While, there are some solutions to control this problem. For example, school should add the curriculum component related to disadvantages of advertisement and teaches to children how they control the effect of advertisements and also learn take benefit from the advertisement by comparing to products. More than that parent have great influence on their kids and they can direct impact on their children, For instance, when children watch television, they join them and enjoy with them and when unappropriate advertisement appear, they will change the channels. As above shows, schools and parents can play vital role to handle this problem.

In conclusion, as above has shown, these items has made concrete foundation that advertisement greatly influence the unhealthy dietary choices and moral value, i feel schools and parents can control this impact on children.

This is my response to this task. Unfortunately my keyboard is malfunctioning and I cannot type the keys five and six, so I had to spell out numbers containing these digits.

The diagrams demonstrate the silkworm's life cycle and how silk cloths are produced. In general, the life of a silkworm has five stages, and various steps are done to produce a silk cloth from a cocoon.

The life of the insect begins with the moth laying eggs on mulberry leaves. After 10 days, these eggs hatch into silkworm larvae, which consume these leaves as food. Four to six weeks later, these larvae begin to make silk threads, which will develop into cocoons during the course of 3 to 8 days. Sixteen days after that, these cocoons become mature moths, which will lay eggs and begin a new cycle.

In order to manufacture silk cloths, quality cocoons are selected and boiled in a water container. Next, the cocoon is unwound into a thread which is about 300 to 900 meters in length. These threads are then twisted and woven into a silk fabric. For coloring, dye is applied onto either the twisted threads or the woven fabric.

I would like to share my paragraphs for the exercise mentioned above:
I would have to say that I wrote the first paragraph according to another Simon's report.
I constantly hope that everyone read it and give it a comment if you want to make it better.

The life cycle of the silkworm begins when the adult moth lays its eggs; 10 days later, each egg hatches and the immature insect, or silkworm larva, appears. During the second and third stages of the life cycle, the silkworm larva first feeds on mulberry leaves as well as produces silk thread for 4 and 6 weeks, and then forms the cocoon 3 to 8 days later. In the final stage, the mature moth emerges from the cocoon in the space of 16 days.
The process of silk cloth production takes place as the cocoons are selected from the availability. Next, they are boiled. Following that, they are unwound to divide into threads which can be from 300m to 900m long. These threads are twisted, and afterwards they are either dyed or weaved before being dyed.

I wrote my own paragraphs about the task of the lifecycle silkworm.
Please take a look. The total words count is 229 words include Simon's introduction and overview. How can make it shorter. I would like to constrict task1 essay around 170 words due to time management.

The first stage of the silkworm life cycle is that an adult moth lays eggs on mulberry tree leaf. After 10 days, the larvae are hatched and have stayed on mulberry tree and have eaten its leaves for four to six weeks. The next stage is that the grown up larva silk thread around its body and build a cocoon. The process takes between three to eight days. Once the cocoon is built, the larva stays in the cocoon for 16 days. Finally, the adult moth emerges from the cocoon, and then the next lifecycle starts again.

The process of silk cloth begins with selecting cocoon, and then the selected cocoon is boiled in the water. The boiled cocoon is taken out from the pot and the silkworm fibre is unwound. A cocoon produces between 300 to 900 metres of silk fibre. Finally, a couple of the unwound fibres are twisted and become a thread. The twisted threads are weaved and produce a silk cloth, and then the silk thread and the silk cloth are dyed in colour.

"...the larvae hatch ... stay on ... and eat..."

"The next stage is that the grown up larva silk thread" -> "The next stage is that the larvae grow silk thread" ?

I wrote a paragraph for this task. Please comment your ideas.

The figure gives information about different stages of the development of a silkworm during its life cycle.
Overall, there are 4 main stages in the process, beginning with the mature silkworm lays eggs and ending with the development of moth to become a mature silkworm.
At the first stage, eggs hatch and silkworm larva emerge and this process lasts 10 days since the silkworm lays eggs. During the next from 4 to 6 weeks, the silkworm larva eats their food which is also known as mulberry leat. Then makes the silk thread which covers larva.
At the third step, the larva with silk thread starts to grow into the cocoon in the new from 3 to 8 days. In the final stage of the process, the cocoon continues to grow and they develop significantly. The last step lasts 16 days before the moth grow into mature silkworm. The cycle will then continue again.

The figures illustrate the stages in the life of a silkworm and how the silk cloth is produced
There are four main developmental stages in the life of the silkworm, from eggs to adult moth. The process of silk cloth production involves killing the insect, unwinding the fine silk thread from cocoon and twist to form silk material.
Paragraph A
The young larvae are produced as soon as the eggs hatch. Within 10 days, they transform into mature worms and consume large amount of mulberry leaves for their growth. After a month or so, they start spinning a strand of silk thread around themselves to form cocoons. This process involves 3-8 days. Larva stay inside cocoon for about 16 days to mature and become adult moth. The adult moth, in turn, comes out of cocoon to mate with female. As a result, the female lay abundant tiny eggs which are ready to hatch any time to start another life cycle.
Paragraph B
If the silkworms are allowed to mature and break through the cocoon, the silk would be rendered useless for commercial purposes. Therefore, the encased insect is plunged into boiling water to kill the inhabitant and unwinding the single silk strand which may produce thread as long as 300-900 m. Only a few moths are allowed to emerge and live out their life cycle while the rest are killed by being boiled in their cocoons. The thread is twisted which can be woven into silk cloth. Various colours may be produced with addition of different dyes.

Simon made the comment:
"As a general tip, you don't usually need perfect tenses when describing graphs and charts."

I am very appreciated your comments. I learnt how to apply grammar in general situation.
I tried to use complex sentences as much as I could. However, it was wrong.

The grown up larvae silk thread...
I used ‘ silk ‘ as varb. So I should have written “the mature larvae silk a thread”.. maybe?

larvae produce silk thread
