How? The question indicates about the effect of the medicine, which is not reflecting in the above statement. So, I believe that it should be 'Not Given' instead of 'No'. Please response / explain! Thanks

such question like the first one really bothers me. in the material it says don't "immediately" lie down while in the question it's just don't lie down. so I chose NG as my answer cuz i think material doesn't talk about anything after an immediate time. how to judge question like that?
