It's completely acceptable to give negative answers in part 1 of the speaking test. To test whether you can do this, try giving negative answers to the questions below. Keep your answers short and simple as usual. The first one is done as an example.
1) What type of photos do you like taking?
Well, I don't usually take photos to be honest. I prefer to enjoy whatever I'm doing, rather than stop to take a photograph.
2) What do you do with photos you take?
3) When you visit other places, do you take photos or buy postcards?
4) Do you like people taking photos of you?
(Questions taken from Cambridge IELTS book 11)
2 - People often post their photos on social media such as facebook or instagram, but I don't like sharing my personal pictures online. I keep them for myself.
3 - It may seem odd, but I usually prefer not to do either of it. For me, experiencing a new place is more important than collecting photos or postcards.
4 - If I am at a gathering or a party, it is okay for me to get a picture clicked with friends or family. Otherwise, I really don't enjoy being photographed randomly.

Taking an assertive approach for the answers of these questions is easy but a bit tricky when trying negative answers. So, I have tried in my way:
1) I do n't like talking about the types of photos as I believe in the origin or the real whatever it looks like.
2 Frankly speaking, I do n't share any photos anywhere in the social media as it would be good source of collecting such images by anyone that will make bad impact in the near future. However, I do keep them in one place in my desktop computer.
3.Well, when I visit other places ,I do not buy postcard or take photos as it costs high as well as I mentioned before, I like to see the real or original thing. For example, last Saturday, I went to see the cable car in Kulingtar , which was very exciting and has very beautiful scenery .I did n't take any photos and buy postcard.
4.No,I don't like people taking photos of mine because my picture does not look good. Also, if there is group photos, people compare photos of everyone which I don't like.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. when I wear makeup or dress up today, I would like people to take photo of me. But if I do not prepare well, I do not prefer people to do this unless they are my close friends and will not share my photos to others.

2) What do you do with photos you take?
I often save them onto the internal storage of my phone. Sometimes I use a photo editing application to add effects and then post them onto social networks like Facebook or Instagram.
3) When you visit other places, do you take photos or buy postcards?
I do both of these things. I take photos to capture the landscape or the people from my angle while I purchase postcards as souvenirs and also as a way to support local tourism.
4) Do you like people taking photos of you?
It really depends on my appearance and mood at the time. When I feel confident of my look and outfit, it is nothing unusual. But when I feel down and I could imagine my troubled face, it is a little bit annoying and humiliating.
