@Inr,
Is Accademic or Genaral Trainning the model?

There are sections on Environment, Global development, Cities, Health, Science, Technology, and Family, which would all be relevant to a Task 2 essay.
One way is to focus on verbs. Another to look for useful phrases. Or try writing a heading for each paragraph.
There are also video-clips, which are worth listening to.

Tried to write the second one, please comment for errors.
psychological effects of less human interaction
- nobody to talk to, cannot share problems
- passive distractions (e.g. TV, Internet) instead of real interaction
- boredom, loneliness, feelings of isolation and alienation
perhaps a cause of increasing mental illness
Paragraph 3, topic sentence
The trend towards people living alone is perhaps even more damaging because of the psychological effects of reduced human interaction.
That is to say, they usually have no one with whom they can talk or share their problems, and this means that they would rely on passive distractions, such as television or the internet, rather than real human interactions at their homes.
Such a lifestyle would often result in boredom, loneliness, and feelings of isolation and alienation among them, and in the worst situation, they would suffer from certain mental illnesses, namely depression, anxiety, and phobia.
For example, Divya Bharti, who was a famous Bollywood actress, committed suicide in 2007 because she was living alone in Mumbai during that time and thus was suffering from the mental disease called schizophrenia.

At first, I thought this task would be easy as a piece of cake but then I found it was actually a bit difficult. I have had to read your previous plan on the given link and turn back to the task several times to get this final answer. I'm sure that I have to practice more harder.
Anyway, many thanks to your meaningful work. Hope you have the best health and happiness!
